Since cutter blades can be assembled without using spacers, it is possible to improve work efficiency and reduce the burden on workers.

After setting the cutter blade in the spacerless holder and inserting the holder into the cutter shaft, closing the nut on the holder reduces the inner diameter of the holder and secures the holder to the cutter shaft.

The accuracy of the holder in the radial direction/thrust direction varies depending on the cutter shaft diameter and the holder width, so we will discuss it with you.

Production range: Slitter shaft diameter φ40mm to φ350mm
Reference accuracy: when the holder width is 70mm
Runout in thrust direction: 10-20 μm (5-10 μm possible by adjustment)
Runout in radial direction:　5-10μｍ
