The automatic separator positioning device and the expandable separator shaft that improve the efficiency of separator setup and reduce the work load.

1. Setting the separator for the wide slitter requires a long separator shaft, a large number of separator shafts (2-4), and a heavy separator positioning tools is also required.
By introducing it, you can improve the efficiency of separator setup.

2. The position control of the separator is controlled by a servomotor and a computer/PLC that can perform accurate positioning. For the slit data, the line width/number of lines/position information is read from the customer's host computer or touch panel, and the separator disc is automatically set to the appropriate position.

3. The separator discs are fixed securely by our unique highly durable expandable separator shaft, which has a proven record of many deliveries.

4．In addition to new installations, we have many achievements in installing and remodeling positioning devices on existing machines (our and other companies) and remodeling to replace with expansion/reduction separator shafts.
