In order to improve the slitting quality of thin materials and materials whose cutting quality is affected by the amount of lap, we have developed a slitter stand that has a function to expand/reduce shaft diameter the slitter cuttershaft by hydraulic pressure. 　
Since sales started in 1980, it has been adopted in many lines for electromagnetic steel sheets, stainless steel, surface treatment materials, and read frame materials.There is a gap of about 0.02-0.04mm between the inner diameter of the cutter blade and the diameter of the slitter shaft.
This gap changes the lap amount and adversely affects the slitting quality. By using a hydraulic expansion/reduction slitter shaft, it is possible to eliminate this gap and eliminate changes in the lap to achieve good slitting.

1，Easy operation of hydraulic expansion/contraction shaft Equipped with a manual hydraulic pump or an electric hydraulic pump on the slitter, you can control the expansion/contraction amount at the specified pressure while looking at the meter.

2，Cutter Blade assembly work is the same as a normal slitter
The expansion/contraction mechanism is located on the drive side, so it does not interfere with blade assembly work. The workability is the same as that of a normal slitter stand blade set.
3，Robust design
It expands and contracts by applying pressure to the hollow shaft. It is designed with a thickness that takes strength into consideration. It has been in operation without replacing the shaft for 40 years since delivery.
