Especially for slitting of surface-treated steel sheets, electromagnetic steel sheets, aluminum and stainless steel materials, which have many thin sheets, we have been adopted by material manufacturers/coil centers/manufacturer's processing companies.
In ultra-thin plate slitting, the clearance and lap of the cutter blade affect the cutting quality, so a highly accurate cutter blade/spacer is used.In addition, the accuracy of the cutter shaft that rotates the cutter blade and assembly accuracy are also required.
