In particular, grain-oriented electrical steel sheets are not allowed to have burrs, so a slitter stand with micron precision is required. As for the tension device, a tension device that does not damage the surface treatment film of the magnetic steel sheet (heat generation, scratches, etc.) is required. Since 1955, we have repeatedly improved our slitter and developed a highly accurate slitter stand. In 1992, we developed an MD roll tensioner that does not generate scratches or heat and is capable of high-speed operation.
